As a key player in our field sales team, you will ensure seamless product delivery, distribution, and sales to local warungs, shops, and retail outlets. Your mission is to expand our market reach, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth by leveraging your motorized mobility to cover assigned territories efficiently.

Responsibility
- Conduct daily motorized deliveries of FMCG products to assigned warungs, shops, and retail outlets in Bali.
- Ensure timely and accurate distribution of goods while maintaining product quality and presentation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers to drive repeat sales and customer loyalty.
- Monitor inventory levels at client locations and report stock needs to the sales team.
- Collect payments and manage receipts for delivered products, ensuring financial accuracy.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory to expand market coverage.
- Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to the sales manager.
- Maintain vehicle and equipment in optimal condition for safe and efficient operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in FMCG sales, distribution, or field sales (preferably motorized).
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM C) and proficiency in riding a motorbike.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with Bali’s retail landscape (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) is a plus.
- Physical stamina to handle daily deliveries and fieldwork in varying weather conditions.
- Basic record-keeping and reporting skills for sales and inventory tracking.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales training is advantageous.
