Responsibility
- Oversee and manage sales operations in assigned territories (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung) to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and distribution plans to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and clients to ensure long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business expansion and improvement.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing training, performance evaluations, and coaching to enhance productivity.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and ethical standards in all business dealings.
- Collaborate with marketing and logistics teams to align sales efforts with product availability, branding, and promotional initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales supervision, retail management, or FMCG distribution, preferably in the Bali region.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM/sales management software.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) is required.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territories and work flexible hours as needed.
