Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of sales promoters to exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for retail and consumer financial products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with merchants, retailers, and key stakeholders to expand market reach.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of promoters and team members, providing coaching and feedback to drive improvement.
- Design and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the Bali market, including promotional campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
- Track and report on sales metrics, KPIs, and market trends to senior management with actionable insights.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales protocols, and regulatory requirements in all operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations) to align sales efforts with broader business objectives.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to increase revenue and market share in assigned regions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in retail, financial services, or consumer products.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and team members.
- Experience in team management, coaching, and performance evaluation.
- Familiarity with Bali’s retail and consumer market is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools for reporting and analysis.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
