Responsibility
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively promoting company products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive repeat business.
- Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and understand customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and team-building activities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, retail, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
