Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance shopping experiences and build brand loyalty.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive engagement and product knowledge.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing sales floor, including stock replenishment and merchandising.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving, tagging, and restocking products.
- Collaborate with the team to execute promotional campaigns and in-store events.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Stay updated on product features, benefits, and industry trends to provide expert advice.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field (fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
