Responsibility
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on product selections tailored to their needs.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive engagement, upselling, and cross-selling strategies.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of product features, specifications, and promotions to provide accurate and compelling recommendations.
- Process transactions efficiently, including cash handling, card payments, and inventory management using POS systems.
- Collaborate with the team to merchandise products attractively, ensuring displays are stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally, resolving them promptly to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
- Participate in training sessions and stay updated on new products, industry trends, and sales techniques.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock counts, restocking, and reporting discrepancies to management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field (tech retail is a plus).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle high-pressure situations with composure.
