Responsibility
- Engage with customers in retail settings to promote premium vitamin and health supplement products.
- Educate clients on product benefits, usage, and wellness advantages to drive informed purchasing decisions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive customer outreach and relationship-building.
- Conduct product demonstrations and sampling sessions to enhance customer experience and boost conversions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines, industry trends, and health benefits to provide expert advice.
- Collaborate with the retail team to ensure seamless in-store promotions and inventory management.
- Collect customer feedback and insights to refine sales strategies and improve product offerings.
- Represent the brand professionally at events, pop-ups, and partner locations across Bali.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or health/wellness promotion (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Passion for health, nutrition, or fitness with a desire to help others improve their well-being.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
- Outgoing, confident, and able to thrive in customer-facing roles.
- Basic understanding of supplement ingredients, dosages, and health benefits (training provided).
