Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of retail associates to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Monitor sales performance, set targets, and implement strategies to meet or exceed goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and retail standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinate with management to plan promotions, visual merchandising, and stock replenishment.
- Conduct regular staff meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a retail supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven track record of driving sales and improving customer satisfaction.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management, and basic Microsoft Office tools.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia); additional languages are a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field is advantageous.
