Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor inventory levels across regional warehouses to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize shortages or excess.
- Develop and implement distribution strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce lead times, and improve order fulfillment rates.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align distribution plans with promotional campaigns and seasonal demand fluctuations.
- Liaise with third-party logistics providers, retailers, and internal stakeholders to resolve distribution challenges and improve service levels.
- Analyze distribution data and performance metrics to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations in all distribution activities.
- Prepare and present regular reports on distribution KPIs, inventory turnover, and cost-saving initiatives to management.
- Support the onboarding of new distributors or retail partners, including contract negotiations and training on product handling.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in distribution, logistics, or inventory management, preferably in the FMCG or Retail sector.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, or inventory management software.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage relationships with vendors, retailers, and internal teams.
- Proven ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Bali’s regional distribution networks and local market dynamics is a plus.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and cost optimization.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
