Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all clients.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive engagement and product knowledge.
- Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs, offering expert advice and recommendations.
- Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing retail space, including stocking and merchandising products.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and promptly.
- Collaborate with the sales team to implement promotional strategies and drive store traffic.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma IV (D4) in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a Sales Associate or in a customer-facing role is a plus (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Familiarity with retail operations, POS systems, and inventory management is advantageous.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
