Responsibility
- Manage and oversee the financial operations of the retail outlet, including daily cash flow, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Drive sales performance by setting and achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Ensure the security and proper handling of financial guarantees, customer deposits, and sensitive information.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure stock availability to meet customer demand.
- Train and mentor junior staff on financial procedures, customer service best practices, and operational protocols.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for improving outlet performance and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and financial best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail finance, operations, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles, cash handling, and financial reporting.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in using retail management software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail, especially in handling financial transactions.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
