Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of multiple 7-Eleven stores in the Bali region, ensuring adherence to company policies, standards, and profitability targets.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency across all locations.
- Lead, mentor, and coach store managers and teams to maximize performance, productivity, and employee engagement.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, inventory, labor costs, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with regional leadership and corporate teams to execute marketing initiatives, promotions, and new product launches.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements across all stores.
- Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance reviews to maintain high standards of service and cleanliness.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to recommend adjustments to business strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with at least 2 years in a multi-unit leadership role (e.g., District Manager, Area Manager, or Regional Manager).
- Proven track record of driving sales, profitability, and operational excellence in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, develop, and motivate teams across multiple locations.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Experience with inventory management, P&L analysis, and budgeting.
- Familiarity with retail technology, POS systems, and data-driven decision-making.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
