Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with product selection, styling advice, and purchase decisions.
- Drive sales through proactive engagement, upselling, and cross-selling techniques.
- Maintain a visually appealing store layout by assisting with merchandising and inventory management.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/card payments.
- Stay updated on fashion trends and product knowledge to offer informed recommendations.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Participate in store events, promotions, and marketing initiatives to boost brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, fashion, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for fashion.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak retail hours.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Willingness to relocate or commute to assigned store locations in Bali.
