Responsibility
- Represent Sparks English at assigned retail locations, ensuring a positive and professional brand image.
- Engage with customers in English, providing product demonstrations and answering inquiries about Sparks English offerings.
- Drive sales by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products or services.
- Set up and maintain attractive product displays to maximize visibility and appeal.
- Collect customer feedback and report insights to the management team to improve sales strategies.
- Collaborate with store staff to ensure seamless integration of promotional activities.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement and upselling techniques.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is highly desirable.
- Outgoing, confident, and comfortable interacting with diverse groups of people.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by retail schedules.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude and the ability to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and product demonstration skills.
- Familiarity with Baliâs retail environment or experience working in tourism/hospitality is advantageous.
