Responsibility
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive foot traffic and conversion rates.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with the supply chain, and ensure stock availability meets demand.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve escalated issues to maintain brand reputation.
- Train, coach, and mentor staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and brand standards.
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with visual merchandising and operational guidelines.
- Analyze sales reports and provide data-driven recommendations for store improvements.
- Collaborate with the regional manager to execute promotions, events, and marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in retail, preferably in fashion or apparel.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and manage a team.
- In-depth knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and customer service best practices.
- Familiarity with Levi’s products and brand values is a plus.
- Proficiency in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and retail analytics tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
