Responsibility

  • Identify and prospect potential merchants in Bali, including retail stores, restaurants, and service providers.
  • Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and in-person visits to pitch our digital platform and its benefits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, ensuring their smooth onboarding and long-term success.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet merchants' unique business needs.
  • Track and report on acquisition metrics, including conversion rates and merchant retention.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to refine acquisition strategies.
  • Organize and participate in local events, workshops, or webinars to promote the platform.
  • Provide ongoing support to merchants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or merchant acquisition, preferably in the digital or retail sector.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with digital payment systems, e-commerce platforms, or fintech solutions is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally work flexible hours to meet merchant schedules.
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools or sales tracking software.
  • Passion for supporting local businesses and contributing to economic growth in Bali.
