Responsibility
- Identify and prospect potential merchants in Bali, including retail stores, restaurants, and service providers.
- Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and in-person visits to pitch our digital platform and its benefits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, ensuring their smooth onboarding and long-term success.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet merchants' unique business needs.
- Track and report on acquisition metrics, including conversion rates and merchant retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to refine acquisition strategies.
- Organize and participate in local events, workshops, or webinars to promote the platform.
- Provide ongoing support to merchants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or merchant acquisition, preferably in the digital or retail sector.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with digital payment systems, e-commerce platforms, or fintech solutions is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally work flexible hours to meet merchant schedules.
- Basic understanding of CRM tools or sales tracking software.
- Passion for supporting local businesses and contributing to economic growth in Bali.
