Responsibility
- Lead and manage all daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory control, and cash handling.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing retail team, fostering a culture of accountability and customer-centric service.
- Monitor KPIs (e.g., sales per square meter, conversion rates) and adjust strategies to optimize performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health/safety regulations, and visual merchandising standards.
- Handle customer escalations professionally, resolving issues to maintain brand reputation.
- Collaborate with HQ on promotions, stock replenishment, and marketing initiatives tailored to local demand.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, inventory data, and expense budgets to drive data-informed decisions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in retail store management, preferably in fashion, consumer goods, or high-traffic environments.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Analytical mindset with experience in sales forecasting and performance metrics.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours during peak seasons.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
