Responsibility
- Develop and execute seasonal visual merchandising plans that align with brand guidelines and marketing campaigns.
- Design and install eye-catching window displays, in-store fixtures, and product arrangements to maximize visual appeal and sales.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and inventory teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and stock availability.
- Conduct regular store walks to assess merchandising standards and implement improvements.
- Train and mentor junior visual merchandisers and store staff on best practices for display and presentation.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to introduce fresh, innovative ideas.
- Manage budgets and resources for visual merchandising projects, including props, signage, and lighting.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and safety regulations in all visual displays.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Visual Merchandiser or Senior Visual Merchandiser in retail, preferably in luxury or lifestyle brands.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative display designs, space planning, and brand storytelling.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and 3D visualization tools (e.g., SketchUp) is a plus.
- Excellent spatial awareness, color theory, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of retail KPIs and how visual merchandising impacts sales performance.
- Fluency in English; Indonesian language skills are advantageous.
