Responsibility
- Implement and monitor compliance with company SOPs for recruitment, training, promotions, finance, inventory, and operations.
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and operational excellence.
- Oversee daily store operations, including staff scheduling, customer service, and inventory management.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues.
- Conduct regular training and development sessions for staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Monitor and analyze store performance metrics, providing reports and recommendations to senior management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and drive foot traffic.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and operational goals.
- Knowledge of retail SOPs, inventory management, and customer service best practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management software.
