Responsibility

  • Implement and monitor compliance with company SOPs for recruitment, training, promotions, finance, inventory, and operations.
  • Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and operational excellence.
  • Oversee daily store operations, including staff scheduling, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Ensure a high standard of customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues.
  • Conduct regular training and development sessions for staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Monitor and analyze store performance metrics, providing reports and recommendations to senior management.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and drive foot traffic.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and operational goals.
  • Knowledge of retail SOPs, inventory management, and customer service best practices.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management software.
