Responsibility
- Process customer transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash, credit, and mobile payments.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to enhance customer experience.
- Assist in stocking, rotating, and displaying fresh produce to maintain visual appeal and freshness.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with a solution-oriented approach.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic checkout area and retail space.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low stock or discrepancies to management.
- Promote special offers, loyalty programs, and new products to drive sales.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, cashiering, or customer service roles (fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply).
- Fluency in English (additional languages, especially Indonesian or Mandarin, are a plus).
- Basic math and POS system proficiency; training will be provided.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Attention to detail, especially in handling cash and inventory.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (e.g., produce boxes).
- Passion for health, wellness, or the food retail industry is a bonus.
