Responsibility
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service at the checkout counter and throughout the store.
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash, credit, and digital payments, while ensuring compliance with financial policies.
- Assist customers with inquiries, product locations, and promotions to enhance their shopping experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing checkout area and sales floor.
- Handle customer complaints or issues with empathy and resolve them promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, store promotions, and loyalty programs to provide informed assistance.
- Adhere to company policies, including loss prevention, safety, and hygiene standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, or a similar role (fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are welcome).
- Excellent communication and active listening skills in English (additional local language proficiency is a plus).
- Strong numerical and cash-handling abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and remain calm under pressure.
