Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of sales associates to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies, promotions, and campaigns to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to enhance team performance, product knowledge, and customer service skills.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to improve results.
- Resolve customer and team member issues promptly, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Collaborate with marketing and inventory teams to optimize product placement and stock levels.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to foster long-term business growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and retail standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify sales opportunities and address challenges.
- Proficiency in sales management software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by business needs.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
