Responsibility
- Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms to ensure accuracy and appeal.
- Process customer orders, track shipments, and resolve any delivery issues promptly.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or social media in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock checks and coordinating with the warehouse team.
- Monitor online sales performance and provide reports to the management team.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products through digital campaigns and social media.
- Handle customer returns, exchanges, and refunds with a focus on satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to suggest improvements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or retail is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail, e-commerce, or customer service roles.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and basic office software (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
