Responsibility
- Perform professional racquet stringing services with precision and efficiency
- Provide expert advice to customers on racquet selection, string types, and tension settings
- Manage retail sales, including processing transactions and maintaining inventory
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and cash handling
- Conduct quality checks on all stringing work to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist in merchandising and maintaining an organized, appealing store layout
- Stay updated on industry trends and new products to provide informed recommendations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a racquet stringer or in a related technical role
- Strong knowledge of racquet sports equipment and stringing techniques
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic computer skills for inventory management and sales processing
- Physical ability to handle repetitive motions and stand for extended periods
- Passion for racquet sports and a desire to help customers improve their game
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
