Responsibility

  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using company systems.
  • Verify order details, pricing, and product availability to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to fulfill orders on time.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of sales transactions and customer interactions.
  • Resolve order-related inquiries and discrepancies promptly.
  • Assist in inventory management and stock level monitoring.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily and monthly targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service through clear and professional communication.

Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in sales, order processing, or customer service roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic order management software.
