Responsibility
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using company systems.
- Verify order details, pricing, and product availability to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to fulfill orders on time.
- Maintain up-to-date records of sales transactions and customer interactions.
- Resolve order-related inquiries and discrepancies promptly.
- Assist in inventory management and stock level monitoring.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily and monthly targets.
- Provide excellent customer service through clear and professional communication.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, order processing, or customer service roles.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic order management software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in Bali’s key retail hubs (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
