Responsibility
- Provide exceptional omnichannel customer service, seamlessly integrating in-store and digital client interactions.
- Act as a Gucci brand ambassador, embodying the brand's values, heritage, and aesthetic in all client engagements.
- Offer personalized styling advice and product recommendations tailored to individual client preferences and needs.
- Manage client relationships through CRM tools, ensuring follow-ups, event invitations, and personalized communications.
- Process sales transactions, handle returns/exchanges, and resolve client inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the retail team to achieve sales targets and enhance the overall boutique experience.
- Stay updated on Gucci's latest collections, trends, and brand initiatives to provide accurate and inspiring product knowledge.
- Assist in visual merchandising and boutique presentation to maintain Gucci's luxury standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail, client services, or hospitality, preferably in a high-end fashion environment.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Knowledge of luxury fashion trends, styling techniques, and clienteling best practices.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and digital tools for client management and sales tracking.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends, evenings, and peak seasons.
- A polished appearance and demeanor that aligns with Gucci's brand image.
