Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting products and driving customer engagement.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of product features, benefits, and promotions to effectively advise customers.
- Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing to enhance the shopping experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives and maintain a positive work environment.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Participate in training sessions and stay updated on new products and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a retail environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- A positive attitude, team player mindset, and a passion for delivering excellent service.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in retail or sales are a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is preferred.
