Responsibility

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients in retail, UMKM, and distribution sectors.
  • Conduct cold calling, networking, and field visits to identify and engage prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless logistics solutions for clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting performance and growth areas.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in logistics or retail sectors.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with LTL (Less Than Truckload) logistics and retail supply chains.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
