Responsibility
- Assist customers in selecting mobile accessories and smartphones, providing expert advice on product features, compatibility, and usage.
- Drive sales targets by actively engaging with customers, identifying their needs, and recommending suitable products to enhance their experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout to ensure an optimal shopping environment.
- Process transactions efficiently, including handling cash, credit/debit card payments, and mobile payments, while ensuring accuracy and security.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock products as needed, and report any discrepancies or low-stock items to the management team.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service, addressing inquiries, and resolving complaints professionally.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in mobile technology, accessories, and industry developments to provide informed recommendations to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals, participate in team meetings, and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in mobile accessories, smartphones, or consumer electronics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively and build rapport.
- Basic knowledge of mobile devices, accessories, and their features; prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and driving sales.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a bonus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or customer service are advantageous.
