Responsibility

  • Assist customers in selecting mobile accessories and smartphones, providing expert advice on product features, compatibility, and usage.
  • Drive sales targets by actively engaging with customers, identifying their needs, and recommending suitable products to enhance their experience.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout to ensure an optimal shopping environment.
  • Process transactions efficiently, including handling cash, credit/debit card payments, and mobile payments, while ensuring accuracy and security.
  • Monitor inventory levels, restock products as needed, and report any discrepancies or low-stock items to the management team.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service, addressing inquiries, and resolving complaints professionally.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in mobile technology, accessories, and industry developments to provide informed recommendations to customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals, participate in team meetings, and contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in mobile accessories, smartphones, or consumer electronics.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively and build rapport.
  • Basic knowledge of mobile devices, accessories, and their features; prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
