Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service and personalized beauty consultations to clients in high-end retail settings.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by effectively promoting Gintell’s premium product portfolio.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of all products, including features, benefits, and usage, to offer expert recommendations.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through follow-ups, loyalty programs, and tailored advice.
- Ensure the retail space is visually appealing, well-stocked, and aligned with brand standards.
- Collaborate with the store team to execute promotional campaigns, events, and product launches.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products to provide informed insights to customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in beauty, wellness, or luxury goods.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong product knowledge and passion for the beauty and wellness industry.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate retail peak times.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and confident demeanor to represent a luxury brand.
- Familiarity with POS systems and retail management software is advantageous.
