Responsibility
- Provide personalized styling consultations to clients, understanding their preferences and offering tailored fashion recommendations.
- Stay updated on current and emerging fashion trends, brand collections, and industry innovations to deliver expert advice.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless and memorable shopping experience from start to finish.
- Assist in visual merchandising, including product displays, store layouts, and seasonal campaigns to enhance brand appeal.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive client engagement and upselling techniques.
- Build and maintain a loyal client base through follow-ups, personalized outreach, and CRM management.
- Collaborate with the retail team to organize in-store events, promotions, and VIP experiences.
- Handle cashier duties, inventory management, and stock replenishment with accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail, fashion advisory, or customer service roles (Senior Associate: 3+ years preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with diverse clientele.
- Passion for fashion, luxury brands, and styling with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets and delivering high-quality service in a retail environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak shopping periods.
- Fluency in English (additional languages, especially Indonesian or Mandarin, are a plus).
- Professional appearance and strong personal grooming standards aligned with luxury brand expectations.
- Tech-savvy with experience using POS systems, CRM tools, and inventory software.
