Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the personal care and cosmetics sector.
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and ensure product availability across all outlets.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and retail standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor or similar role in the personal care/cosmetics industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Ability to analyze sales data and generate actionable insights.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
- Willingness to travel across multiple locations in Bali.
