Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance customer loyalty.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and retail best practices.
- Monitor store performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.
- Conduct regular team training and performance reviews to foster a high-performance culture.
- Collaborate with regional managers to align store goals with broader company objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in retail management, preferably in optical, fashion, or luxury retail.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of driving sales and operational excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members effectively.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
