Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote company products.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Support and execute marketing campaigns, including digital and traditional channels.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and market feedback to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the retail or consumer products sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques is a plus.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
