Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the retail sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Ensure strict adherence to company SOPs, policies, and procedural guidelines in all branch operations.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and merchandising to optimize sales.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving escalated issues and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to enhance productivity and service quality.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, expenses, and operational metrics to management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and customer service best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and POS systems.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local dialects are a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
