Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of multiple retail locations, ensuring adherence to brand standards and operational excellence.
- Drive sales growth and profitability through strategic planning, inventory management, and cost control.
- Lead, mentor, and develop store managers and staff to foster a high-performing, customer-centric team.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement action plans to meet or exceed targets.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations across all locations.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to execute promotions, launches, and community engagement initiatives.
- Resolve escalated customer or operational issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess performance, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the F&B or coffee industry.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and operational efficiency in a multi-unit environment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to travel between locations and work non-traditional hours as needed.
