Responsibility
- Lead and manage regional retail sales operations to achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans, including market analysis, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Expand and maintain strong relationships with contractors, retail partners, and key stakeholders.
- Oversee, coach, and mentor sales teams to ensure high performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor regional sales KPIs, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with brand objectives.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including market expansion and partnership development.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical business practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in retail sales management, with a proven track record in regional or area management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive performance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in sales analytics, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region (Bali) as needed.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is an advantage.
