Responsibility
- Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring smooth workflows, inventory management, and compliance with company standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Drive sales growth and profitability through strategic planning, customer engagement, and promotional initiatives.
- Maintain exceptional customer service standards, resolving escalations and ensuring a positive in-store experience.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, expense control, and revenue targets, with regular reporting to headquarters.
- Implement brand guidelines, visual merchandising, and marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and appeal.
- Conduct regular staff training, performance reviews, and development programs to uphold service excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, supply chain) to align branch operations with company-wide objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience (3+ years) in retail branch management, preferably in the consumer products or hospitality sector.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building and motivating teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in retail management software, POS systems, and financial reporting tools.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
