Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily picking and fulfillment operations to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of pickers and packers to meet productivity and quality standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and resolve discrepancies to maintain data accuracy.
- Implement process improvements to streamline workflows and reduce order fulfillment time.
- Collaborate with store managers to align fulfillment activities with sales and customer demand.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company policies in all operational tasks.
- Handle customer inquiries and escalations related to order fulfillment with professionalism.
- Generate reports on performance metrics, such as order accuracy, speed, and team productivity.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent in Business, Logistics, Retail Management, or related fields.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in retail operations, warehouse picking, or fulfillment roles, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and basic Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word).
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with team members and customers.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
