Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to retain and grow a portfolio of small to mid-value accounts.
- Identify and qualify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct regular business reviews to assess client satisfaction and identify potential pain points.
- Implement scalable engagement models to ensure consistent high-quality service delivery.
- Collaborate with technical and support teams to resolve client issues and provide tailored solutions.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates for senior management.
- Maintain a deep understanding of current telecommunications market trends and competitor offerings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably within the Telecommunications industry.
- Strong grasp of sales pipelines, lead management, and CRM software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet aggressive monthly sales targets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable sales strategies.
