Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of technology solutions, including hardware, software, and network configurations.
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support to resolve complex system issues and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and tailor solutions to business needs.
- Conduct system testing, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure optimal functionality.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including installation guides, troubleshooting manuals, and SOPs.
- Monitor system health and proactively address potential risks to prevent disruptions.
- Train end-users and stakeholders on new technologies and best practices for system utilization.
- Stay updated with emerging tech trends and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT implementation, support, or system administration.
- Proven expertise in networking (LAN/WAN), servers, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux) and virtualization technologies.
- Experience with database management (SQL, Oracle) and scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Certifications such as CompTIA, CCNA, or ITIL are a plus.
- Fluency in English; ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
