Responsibility
- Support project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure timely completion of Solar and M&E projects.
- Coordinate on-site activities, including subcontractor management, material procurement, and equipment deployment.
- Monitor project budgets, track costs, and provide financial reports to stakeholders.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, risk assessments, and compliance records.
- Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential delays or budget overruns.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and industry best practices.
- Liaise with clients, engineers, and government authorities to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks to uphold project standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project engineering, preferably in solar, infrastructure, or M&E projects.
- Proven ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, safety regulations, and sustainability practices.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and AutoCAD.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and permitting processes is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali as needed.
