As part of our team, you will work in a controlled cleanroom setting, installing fittings such as pins, inserts, and tubing into precision parts with meticulous attention to detail. Responsibility
- Install precision fittings, including pins, inserts, and tubing, into high-tech components with strict adherence to specifications.
- Operate within a cleanroom environment, following all protocols to maintain contamination-free conditions.
- Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure components meet exacting standards.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve fitting-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including measurements, adjustments, and inspections.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
- Assist in the setup and calibration of precision fitting equipment.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Mechanical Engineering, Precision Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in precision fitting, assembly, or a similar role.
- Experience working in a cleanroom environment is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with high-precision tools and equipment.
- Familiarity with technical drawings, schematics, and measurement tools.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
