Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end IT governance and cybersecurity consulting engagements for clients across diverse industries, ensuring delivery of high-quality, compliant solutions.
- Develop and implement risk assessment frameworks, policies, and controls to mitigate cyber threats and align with standards like ISO 27001, NIST, or COBIT.
- Conduct gap analyses and maturity assessments of existing governance structures, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design data protection strategies, including privacy programs and incident response plans.
- Oversee third-party risk management processes, including vendor assessments and compliance audits.
- Educate and train client teams on cybersecurity best practices, governance principles, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, PDPA).
- Monitor emerging threat landscapes and technological trends, advising clients on proactive measures to enhance resilience.
- Prepare and present executive-level reports and dashboards to communicate governance performance and risk posture.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Masterâs degree or certifications (e.g., CISM, CISSP, CISA, CRISC, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor) are a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT governance, cybersecurity, risk management, or compliance, with at least 2 years in a leadership or consulting role.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing governance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST CSF, COBIT) and conducting audits.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, PDPA) and industry-specific standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously.
- Superior communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Experience with risk assessment tools (e.g., RSA Archer, ServiceNow GRC) and cybersecurity technologies (e.g., SIEM, IAM).
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous but not required.
