Responsibility
- Provide technical support for Windows-based PCs, servers, and workstations in customer environments.
- Assist in the administration and maintenance of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory (AD) user accounts, group policies, and permissions.
- Monitor and maintain IT security solutions, including antivirus, firewalls, and endpoint protection.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to implement and optimize IT infrastructure projects.
- Document system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing.
- Respond to and resolve IT support tickets in a timely manner, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in IT infrastructure and cloud services.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role (internships or academic projects count).
- Basic knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
- Familiarity with IT security principles and tools (e.g., antivirus, firewalls, endpoint protection).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or CompTIA A+ are a plus.
