This is a contract position offering competitive compensation and the flexibility to work from Bali’s most sought-after locations, including Canggu, Ubud, and Denpasar.
Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of HCM applications.
- Mentor and coach junior developers to foster their technical growth.
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Analyze and enhance existing systems to improve performance and scalability.
- Ensure code quality through rigorous testing and code reviews.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in HCM and software development.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Document technical specifications and user guides for HCM applications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on HCM systems.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Experience with database management and SQL.
- Strong understanding of HCM processes and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
