Responsibility
- Develop and present technical and commercial proposals tailored to client requirements and market trends.
- Conduct detailed cost estimations, feasibility studies, and risk assessments for engineering projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, engineering, finance) to ensure seamless project execution from inception to delivery.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal stakeholders to clarify project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Analyze market and competitor data to identify opportunities for business growth and differentiation.
- Prepare and negotiate contracts, ensuring alignment with company policies and client expectations.
- Monitor project progress, addressing technical or commercial challenges to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Provide post-sales support, including technical troubleshooting and client training, to enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a techno-commercial role, preferably within the engineering, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
- Strong understanding of costing, pricing strategies, and financial analysis for engineering projects.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., ERP, CRM systems).
- Experience in proposal writing, contract management, and technical sales support.
- Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach to balance technical and commercial priorities.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
