Responsibility
- Operate and maintain production machinery for natural fertilizer manufacturing.
- Monitor equipment performance and conduct routine inspections to prevent downtime.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and perform repairs as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations in production processes.
- Assist in quality control checks to maintain product standards.
- Collaborate with the production team to optimize workflow efficiency.
- Document maintenance activities and report any anomalies to supervisors.
- Support the implementation of new technologies or process improvements.
Qualifications
- Diploma or vocational training in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Familiarity with industrial machinery and maintenance procedures.
- Basic understanding of safety protocols in a factory setting.
- Ability to read technical manuals and follow standard operating procedures.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to production demands.
- Good communication skills in English or Bahasa Indonesia.
