As a Senior Revit Modeler, you will play a pivotal role in developing, coordinating, and maintaining high-fidelity BIM/Revit models from conceptual design through construction documentation. Your work will ensure seamless collaboration between architects, engineers, and construction teams, delivering precision and efficiency in every project phase.

Responsibility
- Lead the development and management of complex Revit models for large-scale infrastructure, transportation, or architectural projects.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure BIM execution plans align with project requirements and industry standards (e.g., ISO 19650).
- Perform clash detection and coordinate model integration to resolve conflicts between architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
- Generate and maintain accurate construction documents, including plans, sections, and details, directly from Revit models.
- Mentor junior modelers and provide training on BIM best practices and Revit workflows.
- Implement and enforce company BIM standards, templates, and families to ensure consistency across projects.
- Conduct model reviews and quality checks to validate accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project specifications.
- Stay updated with emerging BIM technologies (e.g., Dynamo, Navisworks) and recommend process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field; Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Revit Modeler or BIM Specialist, with a focus on infrastructure or large-scale projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture, Structure, or MEP) and Navisworks for coordination.
- Strong understanding of BIM Level 2 (LOD 300-500) and experience with 4D/5D BIM is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Dynamo for Revit, Python scripting, or other automation tools to enhance workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex modeling issues.
- Proven ability to work in collaborative, fast-paced environments with international teams.
- Certifications in Autodesk Revit Professional or BIM Management are highly desirable.
