Responsibility
- Lead the planning, design, and implementation of mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems for projects in Bali.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project specifications and timelines are met.
- Conduct site inspections and technical assessments to identify potential risks and propose solutions.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, schematics, and project documentation for compliance with local and international standards.
- Oversee procurement of M&E materials and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality assurance.
- Monitor project progress, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and best practices in engineering.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainable and energy-efficient solutions into project designs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in M&E project engineering, preferably in construction or infrastructure sectors.
- Proven expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, or other engineering design software.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards in Indonesia.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal) for effective communication with international stakeholders.
- Problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail and analytical thinking.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali as required.
